Finalists in two categories for Oxford Climate Awards!
Pedal & Post is a finalist in two categories for the Oxford Climate Awards 2024!
A very proud moment here in P&P HQ to be shortlisted in not just one but TWO categories in the first ever Oxford Climate awards. We've been shortlisted in:
🚲 Sustainable medium business of the year award
🌳 Innovation in climate action award
We've nearly doubled in size over the past 12-18 months and to be in the medium sized business category is a huge achievement in and of itself that we couldn't have done without the people that make up Pedal & Post and the huge effort they've put in, from our e-cargo bike riders, mechanics, electric van drivers and management team, we wouldn't have achieved anything without those individuals rocking our blue uniforms day in, day out.
We also owe a huge amount to our clients, customers and suppliers, our industry has changed so much over the last 11 years we've been operating
Our innovation category is around the pioneering work we have done on the Freight consolidation project working with the Oxford University and Oxford colleges, this award is around exploring new technology and approaches to tackling the climate emergency and our project is just over a year old and being extended and expanded, its an incredible honour for the hard work to be recognised in just being shortlisted!
Looking forward to the awards night on October the 17th as its being hosted by Shaun Williamson, best known for playing Barry in EastEnders, should be a good night and fingers crossed for all the great individuals and businesses involved, see you there!
